• Must have a master’s degree in law and an MBA/CMA/CA. 
• Declare a minimum of Rs. 5 lakhs as assets with a bank.
• Keep a Form ‘G’ pass as long as you’re an employee of the business.
• Possess a minimum of three years of experience working with customs clearance.
• With the Commissioner’s written consent, an applicant only needs to have a Form G pass valid for one year.
• The seniority of holding a G pass is used for selection if there are more applications than licenses. When two candidates are of equal seniority, the one with more experience will be given preference.
