Thank you for trusting LIME INSTITUE for export/import training. We want to make sure that our students have a rewarding experience while discovering information, assessing our training programme.

While accessing our training programme, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy of the institute.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: OFFLINE CLASSROOM LEARNING

LIME INSTITUTE, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.)

1. The refund request shall not be accepted in case of attainment of offline classroom training for more than 1 day's session or have accessed / downloaded course material from the learning portal.
2. No refund shall be provided on discounted courses.
3. In the case of refund, taxes amount shall not be refunded.
4. No refund shall be provided for the academic institute tie up courses.
5. If the delegate doesn’t turn up on the given schedule, then no refund will be provided.
6. Partial or full transfer/refund of amount in case of partial attainment of the course by delegate shall not be acknowledged.
7. Partial or full transfer/refund of amount to brother/sister/friends/spouse shall not be entertained.
8. LIME is happy to help students through REVISION LECTURES, but… Revision lectures/ data access/ application access and other services by LIME are only and only accessible to the candidate enrolled to the institute (no brother/sister/friends/spouse) shall be entertained to these services during or post completion of course.
9. In case of misbehaviour or nuisance created by the candidate during or post course completion LIME reserves all the rights to terminate all the services provided and candidate reserves no rights to refund.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 working days, post review and approval of any such request.

Please Note – Every dispute, difference, or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter thereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party, the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Rajkot (Gujarat). All and any disputes shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Courts of Rajkot (Gujarat),INDIA.
