Usually, you need to spend at least \u20b91 crore on plants and devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to spend more than this amount, you can&#8217;t in biotechnology parks, software technology parks, farmland, animal farming, arts, services, brass hardware, or jewelry that you make yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s important to understand what EOU means here: EOUs are groups that promise to sell all of their goods and services, with only a few allowed sales in the Domestic Tariff Area (DTA).
